The UVic Dance Company is a collaborative team of dancers attending The University of Victoria in beautiful, British Columbia.

The members meet several times per week to work on their technique, choreography, and performances.

We have mandatory rehearsals on Mondays (8:30pm-10:30pm Nike Studio) Wednesdays (8:00pm-10:00pm Gwynne Studio), and and Sundays (11:00am-1:00pm Nike Studio).

Every September, auditions are held by the previously elected President and Vice President to fill the remaining positions on the team.

Any member on the team has the opportunity to choreograph a dance for our year end showcase which usually takes place in March.

Throughout the year the company performs on campus and in the community, fundraising for biannual trips to Los Angeles to dance with the industry's biggest names. Our next trip will be February 2021.
